By using Leadzora, you agree to use the platform lawfully and to evaluate any lead, analysis, or outreach suggestion with your own judgment before acting on it.

Service use

Leadzora provides lead discovery, workflow organization, and AI assistance for real estate teams. You are responsible for how you use search results, saved leads, AI summaries, and suggested outreach. You must follow all applicable laws, platform rules, and communication requirements in your market.

Privacy terms

We collect account details, usage events, and workflow activity needed to operate the product, secure accounts, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information. By using Leadzora, you agree that we may process this information to run authentication, billing, saved workflows, and product analytics.

Refund policy

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Unless required by law or otherwise stated in writing, subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period starts. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly and we will review the case in good faith.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or improve features over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, source completeness, or that every surfaced opportunity will be accurate, current, or suitable for your business goals.
